Chunlei Chang is a PhD student and research assistant within the Caulfield school of Information Technology. His research interests are in the areas of visualisation of the large, complex, homogeneous, and multi-variant dataset.

From 2007 to 2012 he was a Software Developer in Test with Microsoft R&D(Beijing).

Chunlei graduated from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications with a B.S. Degree in Computer Science.

In 2012–2014 he was a masters of honours student at Monash University.
